Its main number is also the published 24-hour non-emergency line. Administrative counter hours are separate from the detention center's continuous operation.

The office's official contact page warns that ordinary email is not secure or monitored at all times. Do not send sensitive personal, financial, medical, or identification data through an unsecured message.

Different offices hold different parts of an arrest and court history. Use the route that matches the record and custody state.
- For a Marion County booking photo, current inmate, recent booking, or recent release, begin with the county mugshot and roster hub, then contact the sheriff if the entry has aged out.
- For a current warrant, call the Sheriff's Office or contact the issuing court. The public wanted page is selective and is not a full warrant database.
- For a Bull Shoals or Flippin police narrative report, contact that city police department. The detention center still holds the separate booking sheet and intake photo.
- For a filed charge or final case outcome, use Search ARCourts or contact the Marion County Circuit Clerk at 870-449-6226.
- For a sentenced state prisoner's official record and photo, use the Arkansas Department of Corrections offender search or its FOIA contact.
- For federal custody, use the Bureau of Prisons locator. Immigration custody has a separate ICE locator, and neither public locator supplies a mugshot.
Written accuracy complaints about a roster entry go to the Jail Administrator at the Sheriff's Office mailing address. The office has not published a separate booking-photo fee or dedicated online request form, so ask for an itemized estimate before copies are made.
